'Heavyweights in UK garage scene' bringing brunch party to Norwich
Artful Dodger will entertain crowds in Norwich on the second Bank Holiday Sunday in May.
Described as a "true heavyweight of the UK garage scene," Artful Dodger are responsible for some of the biggest tracks in the genre, including Re-Rewind, Movin’ Too Fast and Please Don’t Turn Me On.
The current touring Artful Dodger duo consists of MC Alistair and DJ Dave Low, who will bring their signature sound to the city.
Original Artful Dodger line-up Mark Hill and Pete Devereux helped launch the career of Craig David, who burst on to the scene in 1999 when he featured on Re-Rewind.
This is a daytime session, running from 12pm until 8.30pm, so revellers can recover on the bank holiday Monday.
The Hangar, which can be found at Junkyard Market, off Duke Street, has both indoor and outdoor spaces, so rain or shine, the event will still go ahead.
There will be street food traders on site and fully stocked bars.
Tickets start at £10 and can be booked now.
