Located just off High Street in Cromer, Kingston House is a large Victorian apartment spread over three floors.

On the market for £365,00 and with views over Cromer Pier, the property was designed by George Skipper, a prominent architect who worked on projects in the town from the late 1800s through to the 1930s.

Property agent Ben Rivett, joint head of residential sales at Savills in Norfolk, said: "When it comes to property, there are often surprises where you least expect them - and Kingston House is no exception.

"It really wouldn’t be out of place in trendy parts of London, and yet within literally a stone’s throw, you can be at the beach or grabbing some fresh seafood for supper in one of the nearby restaurants or pubs.

"The sense of fun and uniqueness starts with a subtle and unassuming door that leads to a ground-floor boot room."

Stairs lead up to the first floor, where there is an open-plan room with tall ceilings, a fully fitted kitchen and a breakfast bar in the bay window.

One of the biggest attractions of the flat is the south-facing balcony, which is nestled among the rooftops.

There is also a large living room, with lots of natural light through the Victorian windows, and a direct view out to sea.

Stairs continue up to the second floor, where there are three bedrooms to choose from.

The master has an en suite shower room and views across the coast.

A further double bedroom on the second floor has an en suite shower room, and there is an additional bedroom served by the family bathroom.

On the top floor is the fourth bedroom, which also has its own bathroom.
