Summer had been with her father, Lee Grant, and other family members at Thurstons Fun Fair on Easter Saturday in 2016.
The bouncy castle blew away from its moorings, bounced 300 metres down a hill and hit a tree before coming to a stop.
A yellow Met Office weather warning was in place on the day of the incident, two days before Storm Katie was due to arrive by Easter Monday.
Summer, who was a pupil at Valley Primary School, was rescued from inside the bouncy castle and taken to hospital but died from her injuries.

The gate was brimming with dozens of flowers and teddy bears in tribute to her.

In a post on the Facebook page Remembering Summer Rachel Grant, her loved ones paid tribute.
The heartfelt message read: “To our beloved Summer, it has been 10 years since you went away to heaven.
“Our lives have never been the same. Our hearts shattered into a million pieces.
“Your beauty, your beautiful soul, your smiley face, your gentle voice... are all the things we miss so deeply, every single day.
“You are so missed and will never be forgotten.”
