Julian Wade, from Bacton, was found dead at his home in May this year at the age of 68.

An inquest into his death held on Monday heard that Mr Wade had a history of mental health struggles for which he was seeking support.

In the final weeks of his life, he had begun therapy through the private sector, but was discharged from this after missing two consecutive sessions.
