The Hales Group, which provides domiciliary care services to scores of people in the region, has been rated as inadequate by the Care Quality Commission in its latest inspection.

The provider, which has its local headquarters in Hellesdon, was assessed by inspectors earlier this year.

Its report highlights a litany of concerns shared by people receiving services from the Hales Group.
