The proposals, which have been submitted by Brooke Industrial Management Ltd, detail how the site off Norwich Road in Swainsthorpe will also have a car workshop and sales office.

Signs on metal fencing, which surrounds the property, say it has been acquired by Brooke MOT Centre Group and it will open in January next year.

Brooke Industrial Management Ltd also owns and operates Brooke Industrial Estate, Brooke MOT Centre and Brooke Garage.

The site has been taken over by BMC........
