Allens Bar, on Greyfriars Way in Great Yarmouth, opened its doors to the public on Saturday, October 3, following a period of closure.

Jose Sanchez, 45, owner of the premises, said: "It was a fantastic night."

He confirmed that the rest of the building is still being transformed into a hotel.
