Rodney Hannant has applied to Broadland District Council to change the use of the office above Zen Hair Studio, on The Street in Acle, into a one-bedroom flat.

A neighbour is objecting to the plans, claiming there are not enough parking spaces.

A decision on the bid is expected by the end of March.
