Norfolk town faces 'summer of stink' as waste collectors to strike
Around 100 workers in Great Yarmouth will strike over a 3.3pc pay offer from their bosses, council-owned Great Yarmouth Services.
The striking workers also include street cleaners, tree surgeons, gardeners and grave diggers.
Unite the union says that for most employees the offer would not take them to the minimum wage, which increased by 4.1pc in April.
