Eduardo Sant’anna has applied for planning permission to convert 1 St George’s Plain, a Grade II listed end-of-terrace property next to St George’s Theatre in Great Yarmouth.

Planning documents say the change of use would keep the building’s appearance “exactly" as it is at present.

They also say it would support town centre vitality and reuse an existing structure in a “sustainable” way.
