The former Yarmouth Stores building on South Quay in Great Yarmouth, once a hub for exporting workwear worldwide, has stood empty since 2019.

Plans have now been submitted to transform the building into four retail units, each with its own shop front.

David Fish of Scroby Fayre Limited is seeking permission from Great Yarmouth Borough Council to subdivide the property and bring it back into use.
