Developers behind plans to breathe new life into the Old Filling Station on Norwich Road in Swainsthorpe, south of Norwich, say their scheme would create 13 jobs.

The site, which is currently being used as a hand car wash business with vehicle sales and repairs, has recently been bought by Brooke Industrial Management.

And the company, which owns and operates Brooke Industrial Estate, Brooke MOT Centre and Brooke Garage, has lodged plans with South Norfolk Council to make changes to the site,........
