A "massive" selection of 3,500 lots including vintage tractors, cars, motorbikes and collectables went under the hammer at Cheffins' saleground at Sutton, near Ely, on April 24 and 25.

Auctioneers said thousands of bidders from throughout the UK, Europe, New Zealand, USA and Canada helped to push up prices.

Of the 400 classic and vintage tractors up for grabs, the highest successful bid was for a 1962 Matbro Mastiff tractor, which sold for £68,608 to a buyer from........
