Town centre looks set to remain without a cashpoint after planners object to new one
Plans for a new ATM in Fakenham are set to be refused for the second time because officials fear it could harm a listed building.
North Norfolk District Council's planning committee has been recommended to turn down proposals from the nationwide for a new machine at its branch in Fakenham when it meets today.
A report to councillors says the facility would cause "considerable harm" to the Grade II listed building occupied by the bank on the Market Place.
