Norfolk County Council's highways department is objecting to proposals for Ashwicken Lake, near King's Lynn, saying they have "significant shortcomings".

It has raised concerns over access to the site and the extra traffic it will bring to rural roads around it.

Officials have also called for up-to-date traffic and speed surveys, rejecting data collected in 2018 and July 2020 as outdated and not reflective of current conditions.
