West Norfolk Council's planning committee has been recommended to approve proposals for 31 new homes on the outskirts of Snettisham, between King's Lynn and Hunstanton despite more than 100 objections from villagers.

A report to councillors says they will deliver "a sensitively designed, landscape and design-led sustainable scheme" which will provide "a positive addition to Snettisham".
