The project on 236 acres of land between Beeston and Gressenhall, near Dereham, has been backed by councillors.

However, questions surrounding what benefit it will serve the public were raised during a Breckland District Council planning meeting.

Michael Westman, a Reform UK councillor, quizzed officials about what perks will be offered to the two communities affected.
