The unnamed neighbour says Andrew Howe has moved the wooden structure down the side of his land in Drayton so it now stands outside his boundary next to a car business.

The row has emerged after Mr Howe put in a retrospective planning application to use three barns on his land, on Fakenham Road, for storage.
