Historic barn conversion in rural hamlet for sale at £750k-£800k guide

Rose Barn is situated among rolling farmland in Ivy Todd, a quaint hamlet on the outskirts of Necton.

It is currently on the market with Fine & Country, who described it as “a stunning and immaculate barn with a wonderfully planted garden offering colour and structure all year round”.

Built in 1818, the former threshing barn was part of a farm called Rose Cottage Farm. The current owners purchased the site in 2007 and began converting the property with local contractors, making sure to preserve as much of its history as possible.
