Popular fitness event returning to Norwich...in an airport hangar
Flatout is a timed hybrid fitness race similar to Hyrox, a global competition that involves a mixture of running and functional workout stations.
Flatout is designed for everyday athletes, gym-goers and first timers, aiming to be more accessible than Hyrox by involving the same eight runs and eight zones but over shorter distances and with less weight.

Each of the zones will be 'owned' by a local gym, with qualified personal trainers on hand to help participants through the race, offering guidance, coaching and encouragement to ensure each station is completed correctly.
The event will take place at the Saxon Air hangar at Norwich Airport on April 18.
The airport hosted Flatout's first-ever event in Norwich last May, with the company holding another event at the multi-storey car park in Rose Lane later in the year.
