Bayfield Homes Ltd, based in Stody, near Holt, was wound up on September 9 following a petition brought by Norwich-based chartered surveyors Hainstone Group Ltd, a creditor of the company.

Bayfield Homes' local housing developments include 24 new homes at Southmere Place in Mattishall, near Dereham, and the 28-property Harewood in Mendlesham, north of Stowmarket.
