Norfolk and Suffolk Chambers of Commerce have published a three-year Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) which focuses on building a stronger local talent pipeline by bringing education and industry closer together. 

The strategy, covering 2026 to 2029, sets out five key priorities:  

Making it easier for employers to navigate the skills system 

Aligning education with job market demand 

Preparing workers for the region’s growing energy sector 

Boosting digital skills 

Improving leadership........
