Former Canary turned public speaker launches new AI venture

Paul McVeigh, who made more than 220 appearances for the Canaries during two separate spells at the club, has co-founded Speakify with his wife, Rhianne.

The platform aims to replace the “outdated speaker booking process” by creating a marketplace that directly connects organisations with speakers, using AI technology to recommend the right people for their specific briefs.

McVeigh played for Norwich between 2000 and 2007, later re-joining the club for the 2009/10 League One season, where he retired after winning the title under manager Paul Lambert.

Since then, he has performed speaking engagements for some of the world's biggest companies, including Microsoft, Google, Rolls-Royce, KPMG, Investec, Barclays, NatWest and PWC.
