Azad Jammu and Kashmir has always stood as a symbol of Pakistan’s national position on the Kashmir dispute, its diplomatic efforts at the international level, and the political aspirations of the Kashmiri people. For decades, this region has conveyed to the world that the people of Kashmir firmly believe in a peaceful and constitutional struggle for their right to self-determination. Therefore, whenever public reactions emerge in Azad Kashmir regarding political, economic, or administrative matters, it is essential for all stakeholders to demonstrate patience, wisdom, and to place the national interest above all else.

In every democratic society, citizens have the constitutional and legal right to raise their voices for the protection of their rights. Concerns such as inflation, employment opportunities, access to basic services, education, healthcare, and good governance are fundamental rights of every citizen. However, these demands should be expressed in a manner that does not undermine law and order, the credibility of state institutions, or national security. Pakistan is currently confronting numerous challenges on both the domestic and international fronts.

While efforts are underway to stabilise the economy, the country also faces terrorism, border security concerns, and a rapidly changing regional environment, all of which require the continuous attention of the government and state institutions. In such sensitive circumstances, national unity remains the greatest strength that can enable Pakistan to overcome every challenge successfully.

It is the responsibility of the Government of Pakistan to listen seriously to the legitimate concerns of the people, take effective measures to address their problems, and maintain continuous engagement with the public. Encouragingly, the........
