Plans for a £170m project that aims to elevate Newcastle's skyline have been revealed at the world's largest property conference. The plans include a massive 29-storey residential tower, a new hotel on the site of the former Premier Inn in Newcastle, and an array of new bars and restaurants, all designed to create a fresh gateway into Newcastle city centre.
