OK Tire Labour Day Weekend is here!

The CFL races are heating up and then they get cranked up even more with rivalry games. To complement the traditional three matchups, we get an extra one this weekend with the hottest team in the CFL against the best team in the CFL as Montreal and BC begin a home-and-home set to go along with the Riders and Bombers, and the Elks and Stampeders home-and-home sets.

Of course, in Hamilton, we have a rematch of the game a few weeks ago that put the Argonauts ahead of the Tiger-Cats for the important second spot in the East, but the Tiger-Cats will try to wrestle back control at home on Monday.

The Weekly Say: Which OK Tire Labour Day Weekend rivalry is best?

The Stampeders need to fight their way into a playoff spot by topping their provincial rival, the Elks, who just so happen to be top in the division coming into the weekend.

And then in Saskatchewan, it’s a critical game for the Riders and Bombers as Winnipeg is looking to tie up the Riders for what could be second in the division, depending on how the Lions do in Montreal to kick off the weekend on Friday night.

I can’t remember all eight teams playing on OK Tire Labour Day Weekend with so much on the line for each of them!
