Even in the Midst of Cold, Hunger and Socialist/Communist Country Takeovers, God Does Not Turn His Back On Us

Each and every Easter Sunday repeats a re-telling of what actually happened in the the Fullness of Time Between Christ in the Tomb and His Glorious Sunday morning Resurrection.

It’s the kind of news that even after nearly 2000 years never comes to an end. But the news reports of our day—so much of it now fake—go far out of their way to ignore Reality and Truth.

The Real News is the Truth because the Truth of Almighty God’s only Begotten Son resurrecting from Good Friday’s Tomb, has never changed and never will.

The most glorious Truth of all time is The Passion of the Christ, because our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, not only resurrected from the tomb, but went on to live as He always had—even to this day still out there in Galilee saving souls and healing the sick.

It was St. Peter who left us the perfect description of Jesus when Jesus asked him Who He was: “Thou art Christ, the Son of the living God". (Matthew 16:16)

Jesus is the living Son of God, leaving His Footprints in the sand and dust all over the Earth where we all, believers and non-believers alike, still struggle to survive.

It gives me goosebumps contemplating the words of God’s Holy Angels greeting the first comers to the Easter morning Tomb: “He is not here, for he is risen, as he said. Come and see where the Lord was laid.” (Matthew 28:6)

And goosebumps, too when contemplating how a risen Jesus called out “Mary, Mary” to a tearful Mary Magdalene, who coming to the tomb on the first Easter Morning, found it empty.

It was on devout Catholic Ann Barnhardt’s admirable blog that I first read the story of Mary Magdalene not recognizing the Resurrected Jesus wearing a gardener’s hat. (Ann Barnhardt, April 1, 2024)

In John 20:14-15, Mary Magdalene mistakes the resurrected Jesus for a gardener at the empty tomb, a detail symbolizing him as the "new Adam" tending to creation. Artists like Rembrandt often depict this scene with Jesus wearing a broad, floppy straw hat and holding tools, highlighting his unrecognizable, humble appearance in the garden.

So few earth-bound humans have heard the divine Voice of Jesus, nor His Holy Mother Mary, in her role of Our Lady of Guadalupe, calling out to Juan Diego on Tepeyac..”Juan, Juan dearest”.

All of this takes place in the Biblical Fullness of Time.

So on this particular Easter morning, I have come to understand the meaning of in the passage of the Fullness of Time.

Like so many others, living in a nightmare world, with steely determination not to live or die in socialist-communist Canada, I have come to realize that it is not want I want,—but what God Almighty wants that truly matters the most.

I pray more fervently than ever before that it is God’s Will and not my own that should be done.

No one on Earth can overlook or ignore our Lord and Savior’s glorious Resurrection on this and all other Easter Sundays.

We can only humbly bow our heads and pray.
