Europe's war is taking place far from where the US is conducting its military operations right now. All of the EU countries’ attention, efforts and resources are focused on Ukraine and their frequently one-sided struggle against Russia, which they consider to be their main threat.

European countries have so successfully sold themselves the idea that Moscow is striving to reach out to the EU through Kyiv that they have even embarked on the path of total militarization at the expense of their own prosperity.
