The business of exploitation

It is no coincidence that many of the leading figures in the rush to develop and implement artificial intelligence across broad swaths of society and government were also close companions of international pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. These AI tools aim to do for the tech elite what Epstein did to his many victims: offer a system of total control and exploitation.

Elon Musk was a regular correspondent of Epstein and tried multiple times to visit his private island. Musk has also been a proponent of AI, producing his own chatbot, Grok AI, designed to be "less politically correct" than others, such as ChatGPT. Late last year, Grok AI unveiled a new feature that would allow users to upload pictures of strangers and celebrities and have the AI strip them of their clothing and put them in provocative poses. The Center for Countering Digital Hate estimated that Grok AI had produced some 23,000 sexualized images of children within 11 days of this feature going live.

Peter Thiel, described by one scholar as the "intellectual architect of Silicon Valley's contemporary ethos," corresponded with Epstein voraciously. He co-founded Palantir Technologies, which has developed artificial intelligence and facial recognition software for government agencies and corporate clients, expanding the scope of government surveillance across the world.

Sergey Brin, co-founder of Google, visited Epstein's private island in the Caribbean. He resigned from Google's parent company, Alphabet, in 2019 but remains a controlling shareholder as the company has pivoted toward AI. Bill Gates, founder of Microsoft, began a relationship with Epstein in 2011, long after Epstein had first been arrested for sex crimes, and his ex-wife has hinted that this relationship led to her decision to begin divorce proceedings. Gates has been a very vocal AI booster, and Microsoft at one time was in an exclusive partnership with OpenAI.

Why were so many tech billionaires drawn to the lifestyle and friendship of Jeffrey Epstein? And what does their attraction to Epstein's world say about the technologies that they are so eagerly developing?

Epstein essentially showcased for his various friends a system of total control. This consisted of comprehensive surveillance and learned helplessness.

Survivors of Epstein have spoken about the extent to which their every activity was monitored. Epstein regularly took pictures of his victims interacting with his men friends and had video cameras across his properties. Photographs from his seven-story mansion in New York show security cameras........
