Now THAT is a cake! Winnipeg’s Jenna Rae Cakes was recently commissioned to create this special cake for the 100th anniversary of Loacker, a company that makes wafers, chocolates and snacks. Loacker’s products are often used in the creation of cakes and this four footer was no exception. Soon after the above photo was taken, Jenna Hutchinson and Ashley Kosowan cut the cake into pieces and shared it on Thursday with people at their Island Lakes and Academy Road stores. Nicely done, ladies! By the way, Jenna and Ashley are busy working on their third cookbook which they hope to release in 2027.
