From expanding telehealth access to pressing pharmaceutical companies to stop charging Americans more than Europeans pay for the same drugs, this administration understands that healthcare reform must mean more choice, better access, and lower costs.

Which is why a significant but little-noticed policy shift now under consideration could undermine much of that progress, reducing choice and increasing costs for more than 35 million seniors.
