The Battle Between Good and Evil, and the Spread of the Jungle

The battle between “good” and “evil” has, of course, been going on for as long as man has populated this globe, and it will never cease. Humans have never even fully agreed on what IS good and what IS evil; to Joseph Stalin, Adolf Hitler, Mao Zedong, and abortionists, killing millions of innocent human beings to achieve some utterly unattainable “utopia” is a “good” thing. Democrats believe that butchering children for sexual purposes is “good,” while to God-respecting people it is a horrid abomination. Humans will never end this war between “good” and “evil” because we will never agree on what either of them truly is.

When “every man does that which is right in his own eyes”—the basic moral code a Leftist lives by—then obviously “evil” is only in the eyes of the beholder.  As the Left has accepted the atheistic, naturalistic, ever-evolving universe of no absolutes, they have applied that to morality, too.  It is quite clear to all of us that moral “standards” in America have changed over the past few decades—“progressed,” according to the Left, “degenerated,” in the eyes of traditional, Judeo-Christian believing Americans. “Good” vs. “evil” is perhaps the primary debate going on in America today.

Doing the right thing isn’t difficult.  Or at least, knowing what the right thing is. But again, that depends upon the standard one uses to define “the right thing.”  All Americans used to know what “virtue” was, and our Founding Fathers constantly reminded us that a republic needs a virtuous citizenship in order to succeed and prosper.  But “if every man does that which is right in his own eyes,” then every man gets to define virtue for himself.  So, again, there is no longer any agreement on what produces a successful nation.

I’m not buying that, not for a moment.

God told us what the “right........
