The Democrat Party has never been a great political party. Some of them try to claim their roots are in Thomas Jefferson, but Jefferson and today’s Democrats have virtually nothing in common. Jefferson believed in limited government, and he understood that freedom has moral restraints based on the laws of God and that humans have a personal responsibility to be virtuous and industrious. The Democrat Party of today teaches none of that. So, don’t blame the Democrat Party on Thomas Jefferson.

The Democrat Party is the party of slavery, of secession, of Jim Crow, of creating a dependent welfare state which encourages countless Americans to be slothful, promiscuous, and unaccountable. The Democrats are the party of abortion (death), child mutilation (abuse), and moral decline (licentiousness and perversion). They have opened America’s doors to the world, and call that a “nation.” They allow barbarians to run amok on American streets, turning them loose to prey upon decent, innocent citizens. In even its so-called greatest victory, the Civil Rights movement, a higher percentage of Republicans in Congress voted for the Civil Rights Act and Voting Rights Act than Democrats. Yet, the Democrats have propagandized their way to where 90 percent of black voters routinely vote Democrat. The main source of Democrat Party power today is keeping people dependent upon government, i.e., slavery by another name. The party has gained its ascendency by oppression, promiscuity, and lying. No, it has never been a great political party.
