What Israeli SMBs Really Pay for Automation
The most common question I hear from Israeli business owners is also the one with the least public data: how much does it actually cost to automate?
Ask about a car, an apartment, even a lawyer — you’ll find published prices, comparison sites, someone’s spreadsheet. Ask what a WhatsApp bot or a workflow automation costs an Israeli small business in 2026, and you get a wall of “contact us for a quote.” Every vendor prices differently, every project is “custom,” and the buyer is left comparing a ₪97-a-month subscription to a ₪6,500 one-time build with no framework for deciding which is even the right question.
I run Achiya Automation, an Israeli automation studio, so I’m on the selling side of this market — and I think the opacity hurts everyone, sellers included. Confused buyers don’t buy; they postpone. So here is the map I wish every business owner had, with real numbers: the platforms’ own published list prices, and the ranges my studio has charged across more than fifty projects. Where my numbers are opinionated, I’ll say so.

Add CRM integrations and smarter flows and you’re in the ₪300–999 tier. Want an actual AI agent that understands free-form Hebrew? The platforms price that at ₪1,000–2,500 per month. These aren’t guesses: SmartRise, an Israeli provider, publishes ₪97 a month plus a ₪1,500 setup fee; WATI, an international platform popular here, publishes........
