Israel is known for exporting innovation. We think of cybersecurity, medicine, agriculture and technology.

But after watching our tireless ZAKA Search & Rescue responders work nonstop over recent weeks weeks in earthquake-stricken Venezuela and the specialists in Israel supporting every mission with satellite imagery, structural analysis and operational planning, I have come to realize that Israel's greatest export is something else: it is humanity.

Our contribution to the world is measured not only by the lives we help save. It is measured by the dignity we preserve, the partnerships we build and the compassion we bring to communities facing their darkest moments.

That is what our team found in Venezuela.

In coordination with Venezuelan authorities, ZAKA deployed urban search and rescue specialists, engineers, paramedics and humanitarian response experts to work alongside Venezuelan responders and international search and rescue teams. Supported by ZAKA's operations center and volunteers in Israel and made possible through the generosity of ZAKA supporters in North America, including Eagle Mountain International Church and Bridges for Peace, our responders combined advanced satellite imagery, GIS mapping and structural........
