Working class must stand up to Trump

At the time of writing, the government shutdown has just ended, and we have nothing to show for it.

Federal workers were forced to either work with no pay or be furloughed and funding for essential services like SNAP were suspended and held for political ransom, all while funding for ICE’s reign of terror on migrant workers and imperialist slaughter overseas went unhindered.

All of this just for Democrats to concede, condemning working people to pay the price.

As Donald Trump uses this crisis to further consolidate authoritarian power, the Democratic Party has demonstrated throughout this whole process that it cannot be relied on in fighting back against Trump.

Both the Democratic and Republican Parties represent the capitalist system........
