President Trump on Friday morning will swear in Kevin Warsh as next chair of the Federal Reserve board before traveling to New York to campaign with GOP Rep. Mike Lawler in the 17th Congressional District. The president will then head to his golf club in Bedminster, N.J., for the weekend.
