Arizona sheriff addresses latest Nancy Guthrie email

(NewsNation) — The Arizona sheriff whose department is investigating the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie has spoken out after a new letter claimed to have evidence on two suspects.

TMZ reported that a person emailed the outlet saying they have a phone with video of the “main” suspect in the case, along with pictures, names and addresses of two people involved and a bitcoin address.

It is one of several emails the media outlet has received that purport to have information on who is behind the abduction of 84-year-old Guthrie, with the writer offering to send the information in exchange for money.

TMZ said it forwarded the note to the FBI, as it has done with previous notes.
