Halloween candy sold in 13 states recalled
(WJW) — Halloween candy sold at popular retailers in 13 states is being recalled because it contains undeclared milk allergens, according to a company announcement posted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
According to the recall notice Monday, Crystal Temptations of North Arlington, N.J., is recalling its Halloween Chocolatey Eyeballs. The recalled product was sold under the Crystal Temptations brand at Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Homegoods, and Sierra Trading post.
The candy was distributed in Arizona, Texas, Virginia, Georgia, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Indiana, Nevada, California, New Jersey, Connecticut, Ohio and Wyoming.
