Iran has reportedly offered a counterproposal to the U.S. after it rejected a 15-point ceasefire proposal from the U.S.
Pakistan reportedly served as the intermediary. Hereâs whatâs in it, according to two Pakistani officials: âsanctions relief, a rollback of Iranâs nuclear program, limits on missiles and reopening the Strait of Hormuz, through which a fifth of the worldâs oil is shipped.â (AP)

For what itâs worth, Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) said today that Operation Epic Fury in Iran is âalmost done,â arguing âthe objectives have been met.â
How many troops are already deployed?: âThe planned deployment of troops comes as thousands of Marines are going to the Centcom region, where the U.S. military already has about 50,000 U.S. service members, to aid in Operation Epic Fury, which has crossed into its fourth week.â (The Hill)
