(NewsNation) — Patrick Clancy has spoken out publicly for the first time since he took the stand seven weeks ago in his ex-wife Lindsey Clancy’s murder trial.

In an interview with CBS’s “60 Minutes,” Clancy told the outlet he leans on his children for support.

“I talk to them,” he said in a promo posted to social platform X.

“What do you say to them?” correspondent Ross Douthat asked.

“‘Help me,'” Clancy responded. “All the time.”
