A soon-to-relaunch escape room is already entertaining the public with a comedy night.

The Escape Rooms Newport team has hosted its first "Comedy Lock-In" pro-comedy night at The Corn Exchange on Friday, October 3.

The comedians - Kev Mud, Wanda Keenan, and Josh Elton - kept the audience entertained, along with host Chris Chopping's spontaneous humour.

Chris, a professional comic, is also a new partner and co-owner of The Escape Rooms, along with his wife, Ellie Chopping, one of the company's original founders.

During the event, Ellie announced the launch of The Escape Rooms Newport Kickstarter campaign, which is set to launch on Friday, October 10.
