A documentary about Wales’ most successful male track athlete of all time - Colin Jackson will air on BBC One Wales and BBC iPlayer tonight (Tuesday, January 14).

Jackson, who was born in Cardiff, is a former athlete who specialised in the 110 metres hurdles.

He won a silver medal in the event at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul.

The 57-year-old also won several gold, silver and bronze medals at indoor and outdoor World and European Championships throughout his career.
