Back in February, Mummy Pig announced she was expecting a third piglet and now the gender of Peppa Pig’s new sibling has been revealed – is it a girl or boy?

The exciting announcement comes ahead of a cinema experience showing preparations for the new baby.

The animated show has told the story of Peppa, who lives with Daddy Pig, Mummy Pig, and her little brother George for more than two decades, and viewers are now eagerly awaiting for the latest family member to arrive.

The voice of the character of Mummy Pig previously told ITV’s Good Morning Britain: “I’m excited to share that our family is getting even bigger because we’re having another baby.

“I’m due in the summer, and we’re all so excited.”
