EastEnders star set to return after 8 years and fans say it's the 'perfect' time
An EastEnders character is set to return to the BBC soap after eight years away, and fans think it’s the “perfect” time, but there’s a huge twist.
It appears the Branning family is continuing to rebuild as Oscar is reportedly making a comeback to Walford.
However, the character is being recast.
Pierre Moullier is said to be taking over the role of Charlee Hall, who left Albert Square in 2017.
It comes as EastEnders viewers are also awaiting the return of soap legend Max Branning (Oscar's father), played by Jake Wood, which The Sun recently revealed.
Commenting on Oscar’s arrival, a source told The Sun: “It is an exceptional bout of casting - Pierre looks more like a younger Jake than Jake did........
