Birds of a Feather star Linda Robson has spoken about the future of the hit sitcom, following co-star Pauline Quirke’s dementia diagnosis.

Earlier this year, Pauline’s husband Steve Sheen said the actress would be stepping away from acting following a diagnosis four years ago.

In a statement, he said: “It is with a heavy heart that I announce my wife Pauline’s decision to step back from all professional and commercial duties due to her diagnosis of dementia in 2021."
