110-year-old Petaluma dairy is getting back into the ice cream business

Clover Sonoma is relaunching its ice cream brand, with several flavors such as milk and cookies, mint chip, vanilla bean and chocolate milk. 

After discontinuing its beloved ice cream back in 2022, Clover Sonoma is getting back into the sweet treat game. The 110-year-old Petaluma dairy, known for its milk and punny Clo the Cow mascot, announced in a news release that, as of April 8, its ice cream line has once again hit shelves at stores across California. 

Back in 2022, then-CEO Ken Gott told the Petaluma Argus-Courier that part of the reason Clover Sonoma discontinued its ice cream was because it’s “a very crowded and competitive category dominated by large national brands” and........
