A fast-moving wildfire is burning through Topanga Canyon amid “life-threatening and destructive” winds, threatening celebrity homes and forcing residents to flee. The Palisades Fire started at around 11:04 a.m. in the western region of Los Angeles County as offshore winds reached over 60 mph.
