A beige 2010 Mercury Milan with California license plate 6HCR883 was recovered by investigators in the death of an infant found on the side of the road over the weekend.

An infant was found dead beside a Monterey County road last weekend, and detectives are now asking the public for information about a car recovered during the investigation.
