Holidays should be relaxing, fun, interesting, and enjoyable
So, have you already been or planning to go on holidays in the near future?
I did get away a couple weeks ago for some fun, relaxation and summer activities. We started out in Tobermory in a lovely rural B&B. It was a lush oasis in the middle of the wilderness, with thick lawns and sculptured gardens, bordered by a serene natural pond, woodland, wildflowers and the possibility of bears. We stayed close to the oasis.
The quiet morning tranquility was gently interrupted by the call of whippoorwills. Food was great, slept soundly and enjoyed casual treks into the village to look through all the shops in the small but quaint business section while chatting up tourists and the locals. Everyone knows my aversion to the pastime so during these outings I maintained and confirmed we were not shopping.
